Lucy Rorke-Adams, M.D., a pioneer pediatric neuropathologist, retired from her 50-year career at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in 2015 where she advanced understanding of childhood brain tumors, and the scientific factors at work in abusive head trauma.
